Allambi Care, one of NSW’s largest providers of therapeutic out-of-home care, collaborated with Bradford Institute of Advanced Education (BIAE) to co-develop and deliver a diploma induction program for all frontline staff.

Skills Training

DaV’ange also offers a broad range of workshops and non-accredited training. These sought after and relevant workshops can be delivered in half, full and 2 day formats and can be contextualised according to the needs of the audience. Participants have the option of linking the workshops to a national unit of competence for an additional fee.

I'M PAYING A MORTGAGE, FEEDING KIDS AND WORKING. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO STUDY SO RPL WAS AN ABSOLUTE GIFT. I COMPLETED MY CERT IV AND DIPLOMA VIA RPL IN A MATTER OF WEEKS AND MONTHS NOT YEARS.

I REALLY ENJOYED ALL SESSIONS OF THIS TRAINING. DAVID IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CAN RELATE TOPICS TO EXPERIENCES. HE PRESENTS VERY CLEARLY AND CAN ALWAYS CAPTIVATE OUR ATTENTION. THANK YOU. ALSO THE TOPICS COVERED WERE ALL VERY RELEVANT TO MY EMPLOYMENT.

He has been a Director of 3 state government training colleges and has a keen understanding of human resources, workforce development and risk issues facing government and non government entities. David has provided transformational learning to our clients through his insightful and energetic presentation style and his expert eye for critical risk factors.
